Last week over on Instagram, I asked everyone about their experience with ADHD and cannabis.
Surprisingly, there was a HUGE range of experiences.
Some people felt they couldn’t perform executive functions without it.
Some people felt weed made their symptoms worse.
Me? I’ve always been cautious, especially with my more…addictive personality. I am a “research first, do after” type of person, anyway. After I finished the research a few years back, I found that there are some key guidelines to follow that will potentially help your mental health - however, most of us don’t follow them.

How Weed Affects ADHD
I’ll be honest - I’m going through a lot of changes right now with the Nutrimind brand. I launched a bit under a year ago, and with all the growth lately - yeah.
